Delete your passport

You control the visits and plans you keep.

Delete in the app

Open your Passport profile, choose Delete account, and confirm. The action applies to both guest and email profiles. Sessions, stamps, favorites, walks, and public participation are removed immediately. Deleting the app by itself does not delete the server profile.

Request deletion without the app

Use the form below and identify the email used for your Passport account. The team must verify that you control the account before deleting it. Never send a sign-in code, password, QR signing link, or precise location. A guest profile without a linked email can normally be managed only with its existing device session; support will explain any available verification options.

Records retained briefly

Existing private moderation evidence and a minimal deleted-profile record may remain for up to 180 days. Support correspondence, provider records and backups follow their separate operational retention processes described in the privacy notice.
