Frederick Joseph Scuncio, III of Harrisville passed away on June 4th, surrounded by family. He was married to Ann (Bucci) Scuncio for 52 years. Born in Providence to the late Frederick J. Jr. and Catherine Scuncio, Frederick had a long career working for the State of Rhode Island for 35 years and owned Scuncio Sheet Metal. He also served honorably in the Rhode Island National Guard for 22 years. Frederick enjoyed hunting, golfing, attending New England Patriots games, spending winters in Florida, and supporting his grandchildren’s sporting events. He is survived by his wife Ann, two daughters Kerri Allard and Kristen Lescault (and her husband Aaron), and his grandchildren Samuel, Harrison, Grace, and twins Hayden and Hunter. He is also survived by his brother Anthony, sisters Beverly and his twin Maria Susi, along with many nieces and nephews. The family remembers him as a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and veteran.
