Volunteers share stories about the people who lived and worked there during a crucial era in American history. The Stephen Hopkins House is the oldest home in Providence and a key site on Benefit Street’s “Mile of History.” Volunteer opportunities are available year-round with flexible three-hour shifts, and people of all ages are encouraged to participate.
