Kristen Adamo, founder of Providence Culinary Collective (PCC), and Rosanna Ortiz, founder of Rhode Island Wine Experience (Wine X), are collaborating to boost Rhode Island’s tourism and local culture through food and wine events. Despite economic challenges that reduce corporate sponsorships, they remain committed to making events accessible at various price points and self-funding much of the festival to benefit the city. Looking ahead to March 2026, they plan an expanded four-day celebration featuring local chefs, wineries, food trucks, and community organizations. Their goal is to continue growing these complementary initiatives to elevate Rhode Island’s culinary and wine scenes on a national stage.
